We eliminate all strains of coronavirus
Effective Coronavirus Sterilization for Greater Omaha, NE
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed that Coronavirus Covid-19 can be transferred from an infected person to an object or surface, then from that object or surface to another person. But how long can coronavirus survive without a host? The National Institute of Health has confirmed that the Coronavirus is still infectious, days after it has settled on a surface in a home or other building environment. If you live in Lincoln, NE, Council Bluffs and the Greater Omaha, Nebraska area, we offer an effective solution for sterilizing an entire home, business, school, apartment complex or any other location affordably and with minimal time and inconvenience in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus to other occupants and or tenants.
Pure Maintenance Dry Fog is a solution for homes and businesses where an occupant or visitor has been verified to have contracted coronavirus (Covid-19). For example if an isolation room has been created for a family member, and you want to ensure it doesn't spread, in just a few hours we can dry fog our sterilant throughout the entire home, then dry fog again, with our antimicrobial protectant layer that will give all visitors and residents an EPA-verified environmental protection against coronavirus for up to 90 days.
When a new virus forms like Covid-19, there isn't time for corporations to test and obtain EPA approval to make specific claims for effective kill. However we know that Covid-19 is an "enveloped virus" like all other coronavirus strains. And Pure Maintenance's solution has proven EPA claims against enveloped viruses, as can be seen on the VIRICIDAL label included on this page. Our solution has verified efficacy against the Human Influenza Virus (H1N1), the Canine Distemper Virus and the Avian Influenza Virus (H9N2); all of which are enveloped viruses, just like the coronavirus. This class of pathogen is known to be fairly easy to kill on a surface, when an oxidizer like Pure Maintenance's two-stage dry fog process is used. Preliminary tests with Covid-19 have shown this to be the case as well. Enveloped viruses are killed on contact with InstaPURE and EverPURE and require very little dwell time. A building can typically be treated in hours or just one day, providing safety for anyone worried about getting the virus. How to Verify if a Product is Effective Against Coronavirus?
The EPA has issued the following guidelines with respect to products that can be used to kill COVID-19:
1. The product should be an EPA-registered, hospital/healthcare or broad-spectrum disinfectant with directions for use on hard, porous or non-porous surfaces.
2. The currently accepted product label (from an EPA registered product as described above in 1. should have disinfectant efficacy claims against at least one of the following viral pathogen groupings: a) A product should be approved by EPA to inactivate at least one large or one small non-enveloped virus to be eligible for use against an enveloped emerging viral pathogen. b) A product should be approved by EPA to inactivate at least one small, non-enveloped virus to be eligible for use against a large, non-enveloped emerging viral pathogen. c) A product should be approved by EPA to inactivate at least two small, non-enveloped viruses to be eligible for use against a small, non-enveloped emerging viral pathogen.
Both InstaPURE and EverPURE qualify under these EPA guidelines according to their label claims.
